
Beginning his career at McKinsey &Co after completing his Wharton MBA, Sundar Pichai took advantage of the opportunity to join Google in 2004. Pichai was the president of Product Management in his Google venture. In the beginning, he had to make improvements to the experience of users using the Google search bar, which could be reached via Firefox as well as Internet Explorer. Additionally, he was associated with various Google services like Google Pack, Gadgets, Google Gears, and many more. Sundar was the first to break through in the Google journey after he started developing a close relationship with the Google browser Chrome. It was an remarkable year with Google Chrome being launched and Pichai appointed Vice President Product Management and Development. He was promoted to the rank of Senior Vice President, and later promoted to the position of Product Chief Officer of Google in addition to the launch of the Android Smartphone Operating System.
