Jessica Biel was born in the US and is an American actor, model and a singer. At a young age, she began modelling. Following a scholarship she received at a con where she studied acting, she began taking classes with Young Actor's Space. In the WB 7th Heaven, Mary Camden was her character. Although this role brought the actress great attention but she was still adamant that her image about Mary Camden being a nice girl would restrict her abilities as a performer. She appeared in Gear the magazine's cover image partly dressed in order to alter this image. This act of Jessica created much uproar among her fans. The show was cancelled by Jessica 7th Heaven in season six. The performance she gave a deservedly high-five as Casey Jackson, a teenage girl in Ulee's Gold that brought her notoriety. Her role in this film was rewarded with the honor of the Best Supporting Actress for Youth. Summer Catch, the comedy film in which she stars is a testament to her impressive acting abilities. While she did give a stellar performance, Rules of Attraction didn't receive much attention. Later her acting in the horror movie The Texas Chainshaw Massacre caught public's attention. Additionally, she's worked on thrillers and suspense movies.
